The bouncers at the door were so ignorant and insisted on my friend who was 27 to show ID. The pub is very small with little space to move around. The toilets were unclean and only one had toilet paper. Would definatly not go back.
The door staff were very ignorant and intimidating. If you manage to get past them the pub itself is small with not much atmosphere. Not worth the bother!

Bouncers are very aggressive and intimidating, you are made to feel very unwelcome. do not drink in this pub
This is a great old-style pub which plays really good music. It’s got real atmosphere to it. Also, though many people complained it was small, it’s actually got three levels to it. They need to explore more! Usually it’ll get a fair amount of students since it’s beside Trinity College. If you’re looking for a fancy pub, this might not be for you. But if you’re in the mood for a traditional pint or for indie rock&roll, you’ll enjoy yourself!

Best music on Thursday and Friday nights in the city. Bouncers are friendly. Go early to get a tasty table upstairs.
